1. What are unlisted shares?
Unlisted shares are equity shares of companies that are not traded on recognized stock exchanges like NSE or BSE. These are typically pre-IPO or privately held company shares.
2. Are you a stock exchange or trading platform?
No. We are not a stock exchange or trading platform. We facilitate off-market transactions by selling and sourcing unlisted shares directly to investors.
3. How do I buy unlisted shares from you?
Once pricing and quantity are agreed upon, we share transaction details. The shares are transferred through an off-market transfer to your demat account after payment is completed.
4. Do I need a Demat account?
Yes. A valid demat account is mandatory to receive unlisted shares.
5. How is the price of unlisted shares decided?
Prices are determined by market demand and supply, recent transactions, company performance, and available inventory in the private market.
